These terms govern your use of the Still app. By downloading or using it, you agree to them.

Your license

We grant you a personal, non-transferable license to use the app on your devices. You keep ownership of your data; we do not claim rights to it.

Acceptable use

Do not reverse-engineer, resell, or misuse the app, and do not use it in a way that breaks the law or harms others.

Purchases

Still is a one-time purchase of $79 in the App Store or on Google Play, which unlocks the full six-week program. It is not a subscription and nothing renews, so there is nothing to cancel. $79 is the US price; your store charges the local equivalent. Night mode, the diary, the sounds, the safety screener and the 3am library stay free. Purchases are also governed by the terms of the store you bought from, and refunds are handled by Apple or Google under those terms.

Disclaimer

Still teaches a method. It does not diagnose or treat any condition, and it is not a substitute for care from a clinician. If your sleep problem may have another cause, or if things get worse, talk to a doctor. The app is provided "as is" without warranties, to the extent the law allows.

Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected in the date above. Continued use means you accept the current terms.
